A New House for Gikuni’s Parents – Thanks to Your Donations

After just several weeks of work, Gikuni’s parents were able to move into their new home a few days ago.

In November, we were shocked to learn of the fire that fully destroyed their house in a matter of minutes. Thanks to run2gether emergency funds and numerous donations from club members and friends, construction of a new home could begin almost immediately so that Gikuni’s parents and siblings would have a new roof over their heads as soon as possible. On behalf of Gikuni and his parents, we would like to thank you for your support! They are looking forward to welcoming run2gether runners to an authentic Kenyan meal in their new home!
